Our company provided full technical support on projects for the implementation, installation supervision and commissioning of integrated gas piston compressors AJAX 2804 in the amount of 7 units, Ariel 4 units, Waukesha 4 and auxiliary equipment LEROY, FUSHENG, LIUTECH, ZHANGGU, FRICK, SULLAIR. Commissioning work were carried out in such parts of the project as: instrumentation and automation, gas system, fire alarm, emergency alarm and object notification. From the beginning of the project as per the contract, we provide full-service maintenance of the main equipment as well as the supply of the necessary spare parts and consumables.

Plant for processing associated gas and sulfur production, Gas Processing Company, from the first day of commissioning, our company has been servicing a booster compressor station based on RAM54 compressors with Caterpillar 3520 engines as well as other plant equipment and consumables.

As part of a service contract, we service ARIEL compressors with Caterpillar 35 and 36 series engines with a total of 13 compressor units. In 2020 we overhauled all their compressor equipment. We have been supplying them with spare parts and consumables.

Our company has carried out joint projects for the commissioning of AJAX compressors, also carried out pilot testing of wellhead compressors.

As part of a service contract, we service a booster compressor station based on AJAX 2802 LE compressors and KAESER.SX-6 screw compressors.

Since 2018 we are a permanent executor of service contracts at Karakudukmunai’s fields. We service raw Dresser-Rand compressors and MYCOM P 200 VSR screw compressors and other equipment ordered by the company.
